How do I apply vinyl graphics?
1. Clean the surface you will be applying the decal to.
2. Peel off the backing paper. Caution: The decal will be extremely tacky, so be very careful to avoid contact with anything but the surface you wish to place it.
3. Using the application tape (the thin transparent paper still attached to your decal) place the decal to the area of application.
4. Rub the decal flat. Use a firm flat surface to smooth the decal and remove any air pockets underneath it.
5. Peel off the application tape., This should remove easily leaving your decal behind. Congratulations, you're done!

How do I remove old or unwanted vinyl graphics?
The best way to remove old or unwanted graphic is with a sharp razor blade or box blade and windex. Start by using the razor blade to scrape away the old graphic then clean away residue with windex and clean cloth.

What resolution or file format should I send my artwork in? .jpg file format is preferred in at least 300 dpi resolution.

What are Vinyl graphics?
Vinyl graphics are computer cut, therefore perfectly reproduced artwork made from adhesive vinyl. This allows for a durable, long lasting application in a multitude of possibilities and uses.

What are vinyl graphics used for?
Almost anything you can think of. If you need numbers, text, or a logo on any vehicle, sign, window or banner, vinyl decals are what you are looking for.

Can you apply the graphics to a sign for me?
Yes, ADvoGo's willing and able staff can apply any graphic for you with satisfaction guaranteed.

Will the vinyl graphics I order from you match the exact color shown on my screen?
Vinyl colors will closely resemble that which is show on your computer screen, however due to the infinite variations in hardware and software configurations, some slight variance is likely. ADvoGo will do our best to match your design as closely as possible.

How do I send you a font file?
To send us a TTF font file:
- Go to the Control Panel.
- Double-click the Fonts icon.
- Find the font name in the list of fonts, drag it over your desktop (the area of your screen with the background) and let go.
- The font file is copied to your desktop.
- Attach the file to your email. If you use Outlook Express, just drag the file and drop on your new email.
- Send the email!

How is my order "proofed," or previewed, before it is actually printed?
This can change from customer to customer depending on location or size of product. In most cases, we will send you a digital mock up of your product in either .jpg or .pdf format for final approval of the project. This will be your last chance to change anything (color, size, text) about the project.

How long will my vinyl graphics last?
Vinyl Graphic are printed on a Seven Year outdoor vinyl, however graphic quality may vary with outdoor elements, exposure, and personal care.

Is there a lifetime warranty or guarantee?
Unfortunately not. There are too many variables out in the world to guarantee the vinyl for any extended length of time.
